Changing your subscription is simple but must be done the same way (place) you originally signed up.

Go to frndlytv.com and sign into your account 

  1. Click “Settings” from the main menu
  2. In the “Account” section, click on “Change Plan” and follow the instructions

 

Roku

Make sure you are logged into Frndly TV on your Roku Device

  1. Go to “Settings” from the main menu
  2. In the “Current Plan” section, click on “Change Plan” and follow the instructions 

 

Fire TV/FireStick

Make sure you are logged into Frndly TV on your Amazon Fire TV or Stick

  1. Go to “Settings” from the main menu
  2. In the “Current Plan” section, click on “Change Plan” and follow the instructions
    1. Please note: When you upgrade or downgrade on Amazon, you are purchasing a new package and you must cancel your old package, or you will be charged for both packages
      1. To cancel your old package please follow the instructions below:
  1. Go to www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions
  2. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts
