If you're experiencing an issue streaming Frndly TV on a web browser, normally a few basic steps can get you back up and running!
If you are using a web browser, please complete the following steps:
Check your browser for updates. This method varies depending on the browser you are using.
If you are watching on a mobile device, Frndly TV is best enjoyed using one of our apps designed for mobile devices. You can find our app by searching for us in the App Store on iOS, or the Play Store on Android.
If you're still experiencing an issue: please run an Internet & Latency Speed Test (this process takes about 30 seconds) and send us a screenshot of the results via chat, or email us at email@example.com so we can look into the problem further.
