Sometimes a technical issue can be resolved as simply as ensuring the software on a device is up to date.  


To update the software on your Roku, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote control. 

  2. Use the arrow buttons to scroll to "Settings," and then press the right arrow to select it. 

  3. Scroll to "System" and select it. 

  4. Scroll to "System update" and select it. 

  5. Select "Check now" to manually check for and install updates.
