Sometimes a technical issue can be resolved as simply as ensuring the software on a device is up to date.  


To update the software on your Apple TV, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to "Settings"

  2. Select "System" 

  3. Select "Software Updates 

  4. Select "Update Software."

  5. If an update appears, select "Download and Install." Wait for the update to download and install, which will reboot your Apple TV in the process.
