Cancelling subscriptions can be a pain, so we made it as easy as possible for you to cancel at any time! The steps to cancel are different depending on who currently handles your billing for your Frndly TV subscription:



If you are paying with a credit or debit card or through PayPal:

To cancel using an internet browser:

  1. Go to your Frndly TV Settings

  2. Sign in, if requested 

  3. Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to cancel your subscription



If you are paying through Roku:

  1. Go to your Roku Subscriptions and sign in, if requested 

  2. Select "Manage Subscription" for your Frndly TV subscription

  3. Select "Turn Off Auto-Renew" and "Confirm Changes"



If you are paying through Amazon:

  1. Go to your Amazon Subscriptions and sign in, if requested 

  2. Manage your Frndly TV subscriptions

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to turn off the auto-renewal



NOTE: You will immediately receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, your cancellation request did not fully process and your account has not been cancelled.
