We understand that canceling subscriptions isn't always easy so we made the process as simple as possible.

To cancel, please select the method you initially used to subscribe and follow the subsequent steps.


You subscribed at FrndlyTV.com using a debit/credit card or PayPal account:


1. Go to your Frndly TV Settings and sign in, if requested

2. Select Manage base plan

3. On the "What to watch before you leave" screen, select Continue to cancel

4. Follow the on-screen prompts until you reach the Your subscription renewal has been successfully canceled screen, then select OK


You subscribed with your Roku:


1. Go to your Roku Subscriptions and sign in, if requested

2. Select Manage Subscription for your Frndly TV subscription

3. Select Turn Off Auto-Renew and Confirm Changes



You subscribed with my Amazon Fire:


1. Go to your Amazon Subscriptions and sign in, if requested

2. Manage your Frndly TV subscriptions

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to turn off the auto-renewal



You subscribed with your VIZIO:


1. Go to VIZIO's website and sign into your account

2. Go to Subscriptions & Purchases on the upper part of the screen

3. Select Update next to your Frndly TV subscription

4. From the list of available plans, select the one you want and then Cancel Subscription           


NOTE: Once you successfully cancel, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, the cancellation is not complete. By canceling, you are choosing to stop the auto-renew on your subscription. Continue enjoying Frndly TV for any remaining time on your monthly or annual subscription.
