Updating your payment information takes just 1-2 minutes! How you update your information depends on how you are billed (via credit/debit card, PayPal, or an in-app purchase through Roku, Amazon, or VIZIO).
If You Pay with a Credit or Debit Card:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your Frndly TV account, if prompted
2. Under Account, next to your payment method, click Replace or Update
3. On the next page, select Replace or Update again
4. Enter your new payment information and hit Confirm
Note: Frndly TV does not accept any prepaid debit cards.
If You Pay with PayPal:
2. Select Payments
3. Click on Manage Automatic Payments
4. Click on Frndly TV to change the payment method attached to this account
If You Pay Through Roku:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your Roku account, if prompted
2. Select Payment methods
3. Select Replace payment method to edit your payment method or add a new one
4. Update your information in the form and select Save
If You Pay Through Amazon:
1. Click HERE
2. Select Your Payments and sign in to your account if prompted
3. To add a new card, select Add a New Payment Method, or to update your existing card, select Edit
If You Pay Through VIZIO:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your VIZIO account, if prompted
2. Select Payment Method
3. Under Payment Methods, select Update
