Updating your payment information is very simple, but the steps change depending on who currently handles your billing!
If your billing is with Frndly TV directly:
Go to Frndly TV Settings
If you are using a mobile device, make sure to click the above link, instead of using the Frndly TV app
Click on “Replace or Update" next to Payment Method and follow the instructions
If your billing is with Paypal:
Sign into Paypal.com
Click “My Paypal,” then select the Gear Icon to access your settings
Click on “Manage Automatic Payments” click on “Frndly TV” to change your Payment method.
If your billing is with Roku:
Go to Roku's website and sign into your Roku account
Click “Update” under Payment Method and follow the instructions
If your billing is with Amazon:
Go to Amazon's website and sign into your Amazon account
Click on “Your Payments" under Ordering and Shopping Preferences and follow the instructions
Note: Frndly TV does not accept any prepaid debit cards.
