Frndly TV's video quality adjusts based on the speed of your internet service: 

5.0 Mbps - Recommended for a single stream SD quality (Basic package) 

10.0 Mbps - Recommended for a single stream HD quality (Classic & Premium packages)

15 Mbps -  Recommended for 2+ HD quality streams (simultaneously)

Frndly TV can work with lower connection speeds, but the video quality is reduced. 

Frndly TV's latency requirement is 20 ms or lower. If you are having difficulty watching, please run a speed test and share your results with us. 

Check your internet and speed latency by going to https://speed.cloudflare.com/. The page will automatically load your results.
