We know how frustrating it can be when things are not working right. If you are experiencing any issues watching Frndly TV, please follow the simple steps below. It is very important you complete each step in order, even if you have already done them separately.
Please complete the following steps in order:
Restart your router and modem:
- Unplug them from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
(Restarting your modem clears out all the unneeded stored data and establishes a clean connection with your internet provider)
Restart your computer
- Turn off your computer and turn it back on
Check your browser for updates
For Google Chrome:
1. At the top right hand corner, select the menu
2. Click "Help" -> "About Google Chrome"
3. Click "Update Google Chrome" (If you can't find this button, you are on the latest version)
4. Click "Relaunch"For Firefox:
1. At the top right hand corner, select the menu
2. Click "Help" -> "About Firefox"
3. If an update is available, it will be downloaded automatically
4. When the download is complete, select "Restart to Update Firefox"For Microsoft Edge:
1. At the top right hand corner, go to "Settings and More" -> "Help and Feedback" -> "About Microsoft Edge"2. If there is an update available, select "Download and Install"
3. Select "Restart" to finish updating
For Safari:
1. In the Apple menu in the upper left-hand corner, select "System Preferences"
2. In the Systems Preferences window, select "Software Update"
3. Install any updates shown
If you're still experiencing an issue, please run an Internet & Latency Speed Test (speed.cloudflare.com) and send us a screenshot of the results via chat, or email us at support@frndlytv.com so we can look into the problem further.
Note: The speed test needs to be run on the same network you use to watch Frndly TV. Using multiple devices on the same network can cause buffering. Try reducing the number of devices on your network and see if your Frndly TV service improves.
