We know how frustrating it can be when things are not working right. If you are experiencing an issue streaming or can't watch Frndly TV, please try following these basic steps to fix the errors. It is very important you complete each step in order, even if you have already done them separately.
Please complete the following steps in order:
Restart your router and modem:
Restart your router and modem by unplugging them from the wall for 60 seconds, then plug it back in
Restart your Android/Google TV device:
Restart your Android/Google TV device by unplugging it from the wall for 60 seconds, then plug it back in
Uninstall the Frndly TV app from your Device:
Go to the Play Store -> Menu -> My Apps and Games -> Frndly TV -> “Uninstall”
Re-install the Frndly TV app and sign in:
Search “Frndly TV” in the Play Store and click “Install”
Open the Frndly TV app from your home screen and click “Sign In” and follow instructions
Check your Android/Google TV device for software updates and install them if available:
On your home screen, select “Settings” -> “Software Update” to check for and install updates if they are available
